The Singing’ Rage, Patti Page! Classic Patti record on 12” vinyl! The Waltz Queen released 1959 on Mercury Records with Vic Schoen and His Orchestra. SR-60049 stereophonic. The top-charting female vocalist and best selling female artist of the 50s - best known for her hit song “The Tennessee Waltz”, this is one of her lesser known recordings but showcases her vocal genius just as much as her hits. Originally released in 1955, this stereo version was reissued in 1959.
Amazing cover featuring double image of Patti herself in a majestic cloak. The LP is in amazing vintage condition, a solid VG+, almost near-mint. Clean and glossy, center labels are immaculate, a couple barely noticeable spindle marks, plays perfectly throughout. The sleeve has a some slight wear on corners, spine and edges are intact in great shape, a few spots of light surface wear on front cover but retains the original gloss, back is clean, almost flawless. LP is in an archival quality anti-static and scratch-resistant inner sleeve.
Stored upright in a poly sleeve in a temperature and humidity controlled environment in a smoke-free home. Price includes shipping within the USA, shipping is additional outside of the USA. Ships securely in a sturdy whiplash mailer or equivalent. The LP will ship packaged safely outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit.
