Odetta Sings Ballads and Blues Vinyl LP 1956 Tradition Records TLP 1010
Amazing 50s folk and blues from the unique operatic voice of Odetta. Blows Bob Dylan out of the water and into outer space. Very rare issue of this fine record! The vinyl has some light general wear from normal use, a bit of surface noise but nothing significant and plays through on both sides. The center labels are in excellent shape with some faint spindle marks and light sticker residue on Side A. The sleeve also has a sticker spot on front, a large crease on the lower right corner, some light ring and surface wear and a large seam split on the spine. The rear cover has “Anna Glover” written in pen. The vinyl has been inspected, cleaned and play-tested. Price includes shipping within the USA, shipping is additional outside of the USA. Ships securely in a sturdy whiplash mailer or equivalent. The LP will ship packaged safely outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit.
